Multilingual Interpretation and Customized Medical Environment Receive High Praise

Samyook Busan Hospital (Director: Choi Myungseop) announced on July 30 that it has been selected as one of the 'Top 2024 Institutions Visited by Foreigners' as announced by Busan City, marking its second consecutive year as a leading institution in attracting foreign patients.

This evaluation is part of a project implemented by Busan City since last year to promote the attraction of foreign patients. Thirty institutions with outstanding records in attracting foreign patients were selected and announced, including 10 general hospitals, 10 clinics and hospitals, and 10 attracting agencies.

Samyook Busan Hospital reaffirmed its global medical competitiveness by being named among the top 10 general hospitals, alongside Kosin University Gospel Hospital, Dong-A University Hospital, Pusan National University Hospital, and Inje University Haeundae Paik Hospital.

The hospital received high marks for its patient-centered services tailored to foreign patients, including multilingual interpretation in English, Russian, and Japanese, operation of multilingual websites and social media, and support for admission, discharge, and post-care, all centered around its International Medical Center.

Director Choi Myungseop stated, "We will continue to strengthen our global-level medical services and patient-centered care environment so that foreign patients can receive treatment with peace of mind."
