On July 29, the KSD Nanum Foundation of the Korea Securities Depository delivered a sponsorship fund of 80 million KRW to the Korea Women's Training Institute to support burnout prevention training for workers at facilities supporting marginalized groups.
The burnout prevention training is held annually and is divided into two programs: the "Filling Up for Sharing" training for staff at nationwide facilities supporting victims of violence against women, and the "Happiness Recharge for Myself" training for social welfare facility workers.

This year, the programs are planned to include a variety of activities aimed at emotional healing, recovery, and burnout prevention, such as self-care, building bonds among participants, healing trips, and understanding financial welfare.
This training, which will be held six times in total, each session lasting three days and two nights, will take place at the Korea Women's Training Institute in Gangneung, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, from September 10 to November 7. It is expected to provide rest and healing time to a total of 240 workers from facilities supporting marginalized groups.
The Korea Securities Depository signed a business agreement with the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in 2013 to eradicate violence against women, and has been supporting burnout prevention training for staff at facilities supporting victims of violence against women through the KSD Nanum Foundation. Since 2022, the foundation has expanded its support to include workers at social welfare facilities as well.
Lee Soonho, chairman of the KSD Nanum Foundation, stated, "I hope this training will become a valuable opportunity for workers, who care for and support the vulnerable in our society with love and dedication despite difficult circumstances, to enhance their self-esteem through recovery and recharging."
