Baemin Opens Dedicated Customer Service Center for Merchants

Partner Support Center... Unified Inquiry Channel Dedicated to Merchants

Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baemin, announced on July 29 that it has officially opened the Partner Support Center, a customer service center dedicated to consulting with merchants on the platform.


The newly launched Partner Support Center is a dedicated inquiry channel for merchants, allowing them to resolve all issues related to using Baemin in one place.


The Partner Support Center has integrated previously separate inquiry channels?such as the merchant customer center and the advertising subscription center, which were divided by inquiry types like orders, reviews, settlements, advertising operations, and menu modifications?into a single unified channel, enabling one-stop consultations.

Baemin aims to enhance merchant satisfaction and increase trust in the platform by providing merchants with simple and accurate responses through the Partner Support Center.


At the Partner Support Center, merchants can address all inquiries related to operating their Baemin stores, including orders and deliveries, reviews, settlements, advertising subscription, operation and cancellation, store, merchant and menu information updates, promotions, and service changes. Consultations requiring prompt responses, such as those related to orders and deliveries, reviews, and settlements, are available 24 hours a day, year-round. Inquiries about advertising and other topics can be made daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.


The establishment of the Partner Support Center is part of the interim agreement reached during a social dialogue held in June 2025 between Baemin and merchant organizations, mediated by the Democratic Party's Committee for Protecting Small Business Livelihoods. At that time, Baemin pledged to support intermediary service fees for orders under 15,000 won and to establish a dedicated consultation center for merchants as part of its efforts to coexist with food service business owners.


Kang Jinseok, Head of Partner Performance Planning at Woowa Brothers, stated, "The Partner Support Center is a communication channel designed to help Baemin merchants efficiently receive the support they need to operate their stores," adding, "We will continue to make efforts to enhance merchant convenience and service quality."
