'Geumsan Seonyuwon', which has transformed the former 'Geumsan Culture House' with the goal of establishing a hub for revitalizing the local community and culture and arts, has been completed.

Geumsan County successfully completed its long-awaited project to create a complex community cultural center and held the completion ceremony on the 23rd.

'Geumsan Seonyuwon' has been reborn as a space symbolizing the identity of Geumsan, harmonizing with nature, and carrying the meaning of a hill where immortals play in the beautiful Geumsan, as beautiful as silk.

'Geumsan Seonyuwon' is equipped with facilities such as a performance hall, a small library, a community kitchen, sports areas, program rooms, and lecture rooms to satisfy the diverse cultural and artistic needs of residents.

Starting in the second half of this year, resident participation programs and cultural content led by local artists will be actively operated, centered on the commissioned management organization.

The county plans to expand opportunities for residents to enjoy culture and arts in daily life, aiming for this place to serve as a cultural hub centered on residents, with effects such as expanding the base of everyday culture, revitalizing the local community, and improving residents' quality of life.
