Opportunity for University Students Interested in Video and Design
Portfolio Development and Skill Enhancement
Com2uS announced on the 28th that it is recruiting participants for the 14th class of its university student supporter program, "Com2uS Player."
Com2uS Player, which focuses on video production and design, has been running since 2019 and is now in its 14th class. Participants directly plan and produce content on various topics related to the company's information and events.
The program is open to university students residing in Korea who are interested in video planning, filming and editing, as well as graphic and webtoon content production. Com2uS will evaluate applicants' equipment proficiency and software skills to select the final participants. Students majoring in video or design-related fields, those with experience in social networking services (SNS), and those interested in pursuing a career in the gaming industry will be given preferential consideration.
Applications can be submitted through the official Com2uS recruitment website until 10:00 a.m. on August 11, and applicants must submit both the application form and a portfolio in a free format. After a document screening and a remote interview, the final successful candidates will be announced on August 29.
The selected supporters will participate in a kickoff ceremony in September and then engage for about six months in a variety of planning and production activities, including recruitment-related content, coverage of internal and external events and interviews with employees, as well as short-form videos and vlogs. All content produced during the program will be credited to the creators and posted on various channels such as the official Com2uS YouTube, blog, and Instagram, and can be used as part of their portfolios.
Participants will receive a monthly activity stipend, business cards, team uniforms, certificates of completion, and souvenirs during the program. Outstanding players will be selected and awarded each month. In particular, mentoring sessions with professionals from the gaming industry will be held once a month, and participants will also have opportunities to propose and implement their own creative plans to further develop their skills.
