Samsung Electronics has signed a large-scale foundry (semiconductor contract manufacturing) supply agreement with a major global corporation.
On July 28, Samsung Electronics announced through a public disclosure that it had signed a foundry supply contract worth 22.7646 trillion won. The contract amount is equivalent to 7.6% of the company's 2024 annual revenue. The contract period extends until December 31, 2033.
