KT announced on July 27, 2025, that it had carried out relief activities at the Ma-il 1-ri village hall in Jojong-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province, and at a pension near Yongchu Valley, both of which had been isolated due to heavy rain. KT urgently deployed mobile power vehicles and generators to supply electricity to residents who were struggling due to power and water outages, and also provided them with daily necessities.
