Operated on the Fourth Wednesday of Every Month
at the P4 Parking Lot of Hwaseong Sports Complex
Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province will operate a "Free Emissions and Exhaust Noise Inspection Day for In-Use Vehicles" to create a pleasant atmospheric environment.
This inspection has been organized to encourage citizens to voluntarily maintain their vehicles and conduct regular checkups, in order to prevent excessive emissions and exhaust noise.
The free inspections will be held from July 30, 2025, and will take place on the fourth Wednesday of every month from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the P4 parking lot of Hwaseong Sports Complex. The inspection items include emissions from diesel vehicles and exhaust noise from all in-use vehicles, including motorcycles.
Jung Myunggeun, Mayor of Hwaseong, stated, "This free inspection will serve as an important opportunity for citizens to help create a clearer and cleaner Hwaseong through small actions."
