Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency Holds Roundtable on Strategies to Foster and Support Women in Science and Technology on July 24

On July 24, the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency held an expert roundtable at the Suwon Ramada Plaza Hotel under the theme of "Exploring Strategies to Foster and Support Women in Science and Technology in Gyeonggi-do." The agency began working on policies to ensure the sustainable growth of women in science and technology within the province.

This roundtable was organized to address the issue of career interruptions faced by women working in science and technology, and to explore practical support measures for career development and strengthening research and development capabilities.

Based on the outcomes of this roundtable, the agency will publish a research report on "Strategies to Foster and Support Women in Science and Technology in Gyeonggi-do" by the end of this year.
