The complex will consist of four buildings with 43 floors above ground and four basement levels, totaling 725 units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84 square meters. Applications will proceed in the following order: special supply on July 28, first-priority on July 29, and second-priority on July 30. The winners will be announced on August 5. The official contract period will run for three days from August 18.

A Lotte E&C representative stated, "As the Lotte Castle brand has long led residential preferences in Busan, this complex is also attracting strong interest from both end-users and investors," adding, "It will become a high-end residential complex with a differentiated location and design."

In the recent "2025 Apartment Brand Favorability Survey" conducted by Real Estate R114 and Turnaround, Lotte Castle ranked first in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions. Gaya Station Lotte Castle SkyeL is also expected to enjoy strong demand based on its brand reliability.
The model house is located in the U-dong area of Haeundae-gu, and move-in is scheduled for January 2026.
