This development is located at 892-68 Jegidong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and consists of two buildings with a maximum of 32 floors above ground. There are a total of 351 units ranging from 44 to 76 square meters of exclusive area. Of these, 82 units are available for general sale, with the following breakdown by size: 22 units of 44 square meters, 19 units of 51 square meters, and 41 units of 59 square meters.

Applications will be accepted in the following order: special supply on August 5, first priority on August 6, and second priority on August 7. Successful applicants will be announced on August 13, and formal contracts will be signed from August 25 to August 27.

Jegidong Station IPARK is primarily composed of small to medium-sized units, which are highly preferred by consumers, and is expected to be especially popular among one- and two-person households. The project features an open-plan design, with a specialized layout that maximizes openness, including a central public pedestrian pathway. The complex will also include a variety of community facilities such as a fitness center, a small library, a study room, and shower rooms.

The internal ring road allows for quick access, making it convenient to travel throughout Seoul. Jegidong Station is located within approximately 100 meters, providing easy access to major business districts such as Jongno and Gwanghwamun. Cheongnyangni Station, which is one stop away, serves six lines: Seoul Subway Line 1, Suin-Bundang Line, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Gyeongchun Line, KTX Gangneung Line, and Jungang Line.

There are excellent commercial facilities nearby. Within a 1.5-kilometer radius are Homeplus (Dongdaemun branch), Lotte Mart (Cheongnyangni branch), Lotte Department Store (Cheongnyangni branch), and Emart (Cheonggyecheon branch), as well as Yangnyeong Market, Gyeongdong Market, and Cheongnyangni Traditional Market. The complex is also close to Korea University Anam Hospital, Seoul Sacred Heart Hospital, Seoul Metropolitan Eastern Hospital, Jongam Elementary School, Seongil Middle School, Korea University, Kyung Hee University, and Sungshin Women's University. Residents can enjoy a pleasant living environment with the Jeongneungcheon trail leading to Cheonggyecheon, as well as Seonnongdan Historical Park, Yongdu Park, and Cheonggyecheon Willow Wetland, all within walking distance.

Despite the small to medium-sized layouts, the 44 square meter units are designed with two bedrooms, while the 51 and 59 square meter units have three bedrooms, maximizing space efficiency. Depending on the L-shaped, flat, or corner layout, most units are oriented to the south, southeast, or southwest, providing excellent natural lighting. The exterior features a facade design emphasizing vertical lines and a rooftop structure that enhances the overall appearance.

The development utilizes level differences to create a central plaza and garden terrace. The garden terrace is a private central space for residents, designed as a themed garden. On the east side of the complex, auxiliary and neighborhood living facilities are located along the pedestrian path, allowing residents to conveniently access amenities according to their movement routes.

Jegidong Station IPARK incorporates HDC Hyundai Development Company's smart home technology, providing a more convenient and secure environment. Facial recognition will be available at the building entrance lobby phone and the individual unit entrance camera phone. Systems will also be installed to indicate available parking spaces in the parking lot and to assist in detecting electric vehicle fires. The entrance will feature a push-and-pull fingerprint recognition digital door lock, and the entrance camera will have a black box function that automatically records footage.

Each room, including the living room, will be equipped with energy meters. The wall pad in the living room allows residents to control living room and kitchen lighting, save visitor video footage, call the elevator, and check or control the status of the gas valve, door lock, and heating. Additional convenience features include proximity sensor intrusion detection, settings for away and home modes, and weather information. The energy meter supports lighting and heating control, standby power cutoff, and proximity sensor intrusion detection.

A representative from HDC Hyundai Development Company stated, "We have planned landscaping to organically connect the facilities within the complex along the residential movement flow, maintaining the comfort of the living space through efficient spatial arrangement and enhancing residents' satisfaction by providing a sense of spaciousness. We expect that, in addition to the excellent location right next to the station, the application of various smart home technologies will allow residents to enjoy a safer and more convenient lifestyle."
