Free Replacement for Completely Submerged or Damaged Items
On July 25, SK Magic announced that it will provide free emergency support services for customers affected by heavy rainfall.
SK Magic will provide free and prompt after-sales service (AS) for products that have been flooded. If repair is impossible due to complete submersion, damage, or loss, the company will replace the product with a new one free of charge. Additionally, SK Magic plans to reduce rental fees for the period during which customers are unable to use their products due to repairs, thereby easing the financial burden on customers. Customers can report damage caused by flooding to the SK Magic Integrated Customer Center, after which a service manager will visit in person to provide emergency support services.
An SK Magic representative stated, "Our nationwide service organization is operating an emergency response system to assist customers affected by the recent heavy rainfall," and added, "We will do our utmost to help customers return to their daily lives as quickly as possible."
Meanwhile, in April, when wildfires occurred in the Yeongnam region, SK Magic provided emergency support by supplying air purifiers to evacuation shelters to help residents struggling with deteriorated air quality. In addition, the company supplied 100 additional air purifiers to elementary, middle, and high schools in Sancheong, Gyeongnam, to protect the health of students affected by the wildfires and to improve their learning environment. In this way, SK Magic has been responding swiftly to national disasters, fulfilling its social responsibility, and providing practical assistance to local communities.
