Yoon's Assets Increase by 350 Million Won to 7.99 Billion During Term... The Government Public Officials Ethics Committee announced on the 25th that former President Yoon Suk-yeol reported assets totaling 7,991,150,000 won. The total assets of former President Yoon increased by approximately 350 million won over the 2 years and 11 months since his first inauguration in May 2022.


The assets registered under former President Yoon's name consist of 663,690,000 won in deposits. Of this amount, 6,260,000 won is in insurance, and the remainder is deposited in commercial banks. The deposits increased by about 140 million won from 525,950,000 won at the time of his inauguration. The deposits of his spouse, Kim Keon-hee, increased by about 78 million won since the inauguration, reaching 5,078,550,000 won.


The real estate assets consist of land and part of a building in Acro Vista, Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, under Kim's name, which increased by about 380 million won to 1,948,000,000 won. The land in Gangsang-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province is valued at 300,900,000 won. The Gangsang real estate was the subject of a preferential treatment controversy when the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport reportedly considered changing the terminus of the Seoul-Yangpyeong Expressway project from Yangseo-myeon to Gangsang-myeon.


The list of real estate owned by former President Yoon has not changed. It was also reported that Kim Keon-hee does not own any stocks.


Meanwhile, former President Yoon's mother refused disclosure, citing independent livelihood as the reason.
