Received Top Scores in 10 Out of 11 Customer Contact Evaluation Criteria
Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 24th that it has ranked first for the 11th consecutive year in the 'Imported Car Dealership' category of the '2025 Korea Service Quality Index (KSQI)' organized by the Korea Management Association Consulting. Mercedes-Benz Korea achieved the highest score of 97 points in the sales category by providing a differentiated customer experience, securing the number one position. In this year's evaluation, the company received perfect scores in five out of eleven evaluation criteria, which covered various aspects encountered by customers, including staff attitude, professional knowledge, and dealership environment. It also received the highest scores in ten essential service areas.
In the 'Imported Certified Pre-Owned Cars' category, Mercedes-Benz Korea was recognized for consistently delivering customer satisfaction through its differentiated customer service. This year, the company earned high scores in various areas, including showroom facilities, environment, and staff expertise.
