This training was organized to instill proper public service values and integrity awareness required of firefighters, and to strengthen their sense of responsibility and ethics as public officials.

The training focused on the following topics: ▲ the duty of integrity and code of conduct for public officials ▲ cases of corruption in the public sector and preventive measures ▲ measures to establish discipline among firefighters. The session was conducted with case-based lectures and Q&A, enabling the new firefighter candidates to develop practical ethical awareness.

A representative from Jeonbuk Fire Headquarters stated, "We plan to continue providing ongoing education and guidance so that new firefighters can perform their duties with the right public service ethics and sense of mission from the very beginning," and added, "We will do our utmost to continue providing reliable fire services that protect the lives and property of the residents."

Meanwhile, Jeonbuk Fire Headquarters plans to combine job training with a systematic field training program to help new firefighters adapt quickly to their field assignments.
