This product is produced in Marlborough, New Zealand, a region renowned for Sauvignon Blanc. It has received a rating of over 4.0 on the global wine review app Vivino. Reflecting the recent trend toward lower-alcohol beverages and the seasonal preference for white wine, this launch features a white wine.

In addition, Seven Eleven is introducing two new limited-edition products from the Call Me Later line. "Call Me Later by Spring Seed Viola Shiraz" is crafted at a family-run organic winery operated by the Bosworth family in Australia. The wine offers a fresh taste with a blend of black cherry, red berry, and dark berry fruit flavors, combined with notes of cacao and spices such as pepper. The label is adorned with Ha Jungwoo's artwork "Portrait," which was previously exhibited at Kiaf Seoul.

"Call Me Later by Broadside Central Coast Chardonnay" is a wine produced at Paso Robles Winery in California, USA. It features a delicate balance of flavors and aromas, including lemon, pineapple, and toasted coconut. The label displays a tiger painting from Ha Jungwoo's solo exhibition "Never Tell Anybody Outside the Family."

To celebrate the launch of the Makiki brand, Seven Eleven will hold a pre-launch event and open a pop-up store. Starting at 2 p.m. on the 28th, customers will be able to purchase Makiki Sauvignon Blanc and the two limited-edition Call Me Later products at 18 selected stores nationwide, including the Challenge Store, in limited quantities. The Challenge Store will also operate a pop-up store through September, where visitors can enjoy various photo zones and merchandise featuring the artwork from the Makiki wine labels, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Song Seungbae, wine MD of the beverage and liquor team at Seven Eleven, stated, "When Call Me Later was launched, it created such a sensation that people lined up before stores opened. This time, we have prepared on an even larger scale, including a pop-up event. The new wine is a hexagonal wine that takes into account all aspects?price, product quality, star power, and consumer ratings?to meet recent wine market trends such as the growing preference for white wine and value-for-money options."
