GS Construction announced on July 23 that it will begin sales of Cheolsan Station Xi, a redevelopment project of the Gwangmyeong 12R District in Cheolsan-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi Province, in August.
The complex will consist of 19 buildings with a total of 2,045 units, ranging from 7 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors. Of these, 650 units with exclusive areas of 39 to 84 square meters will be available for general sale. By exclusive area, the breakdown is as follows: 8 units of 39 square meters, 118 units of 49 square meters, 466 units of 59 square meters, 46 units of 74 square meters, and 12 units of 84 square meters. Move-in is scheduled for the first half of 2029.
Cheolsan Station Xi is considered to have one of the best central locations in Gwangmyeong-si. Cheolsan Station on Subway Line 7 is within walking distance, and it offers convenient access to other areas by car.
In addition, Gwangdeok Elementary School is adjacent to the complex, and Gwangmyeong Middle School and Gwangmyeong High School are within walking distance. The educational district around Cheolsan Station is also easily accessible. Dodeoksan Park is nearby, as well as Gwangdeoksan Neighborhood Park, Gwangdeok Children’s Park, and the Anyangcheon walking trail.
Furthermore, various government offices such as Gwangmyeong City Hall, Gwangmyeong Civic Center, Gwangmyeong Tax Office, Gwangmyeong Police Station, and Suwon District Court are all clustered within walking distance.
GS Construction has supplied over 17,000 units in Gwangmyeong-si, including Cheolsan Xi The Heritage (3,804 units) and Cheolsan Xi Brier (1,490 units). The new Cheolsan Station Xi will feature landscaping and green spaces that harmonize with the surrounding environment, as well as community facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, golf practice range, reading room, and shared office space.
