Renault Korea (CEO Stephane Deblaise) and the company’s labor union have reached a tentative agreement in this year’s wage negotiations.
On July 23, Renault Korea announced that, during the ninth main bargaining session for the 2025 wage negotiations held on July 22, the company and the union agreed to increase the base salary by 103,500 won, pay a lump-sum settlement bonus totaling 2.5 million won, and provide a 150% productivity incentive (variable PI), among other items.
The management and the union also agreed to establish a "Preliminary Joint Labor-Management Committee for HR System Improvement for the 2026 Collective Agreement" within one month of concluding the wage negotiations. This committee will consist of 20 members, with 10 representatives each from management and the union, and will discuss improvements to the wage structure and working environment, including the wage peak system and ordinary wages.
The tentative agreement will be finalized at a general meeting of employees scheduled for July 25, following an explanatory session for union members.
