On July 23, Hanpass, a fintech company specializing in services for foreigners, announced that it has launched an integrated service with Saramin's foreigner-exclusive recruitment platform, KoMate.
With this integration, users can now view job postings registered on KoMate directly within the Hanpass app. This has broadened the range of job information available to foreign job seekers and increased the diversity of options.
Hanpass has been working to address the issue of "accessibility to job information" faced by foreign customers by connecting with various external platforms. The company currently recommends personalized job opportunities by utilizing filtering functions based on visa type and residential area. By using a location-based algorithm to prioritize job postings near the user, Hanpass has improved the actual employment conversion rate.
The company also operates a separate "Urgent Recruitment Section" for foreign job seekers, supporting rapid connections between companies with urgent hiring needs and job seekers. In addition, Hanpass provides a "one-stop integration service" to assist with the complex administrative procedures that follow recruitment. Through the in-app consultation board with professional administrative agents, users can receive practical assistance with visa changes, employment contract reviews, tax filings, and more.
