Eco Delta City Prugio Trepark in Busan to Begin Sales Next Month with Price Caps Applied

Daewoo Construction announced on July 23 that it will begin sales next month for "Eco Delta City Prugio Trepark," which will be built on Block 11 of Busan Eco Delta City. The complex will consist of 13 buildings with 2 basement levels and 24 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,370 units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84 square meters.

Eco Delta City is a new town with a land area of 11,770 square kilometers, designed to be self-sufficient with residential, commercial, business, industrial, and ecological functions. It has been selected as a national pilot smart city by the government. Once the project is completed, it will accommodate a population of approximately 76,000 people and 30,000 housing units. This year, four apartment complexes totaling 3,667 units are scheduled for occupancy.

The new apartments are being built on public land and are subject to price caps. The complex is located near the Namhae Expressway Second Branch and the Seobusan Interchange. In 2028, the Bujeon-Masan double-track railway will open, and the Eco Delta City Station will be newly established. The company expects that the implementation of the Gangseo Line tram, which had been delayed due to financial constraints, could be expedited as the possibility of sharing project costs has increased. Construction of the Daejeo Bridge and Eomgung Bridge, both scheduled for completion by 2030, is also progressing rapidly.

There is a planned school site near the complex. The surrounding area will also feature a central commercial district, a waterfront park, and medical, cultural, and convenience facilities. Eco Delta City plans to designate 30% of its total area as a smart park. Nearby, there are or will be industrial complexes, port logistics hubs, and an airport.

Previously launched "Eco Delta City Prugio Centerpark" and "Eco Delta City Prugio Lin" recorded first-priority subscription competition rates of 42:1 and 12:1, respectively. The complex offers a relatively high number of 59-square-meter units, which are rare in residential districts, making it attractive to newlyweds and one- to two-person households. Shared facilities for residents will include a guest house, study room, golf club, community care center, and senior club. The model home will be located in Myeongji-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan.
