This workshop was part of the '2025 Regional High School Talent Bizcool Project' and, following the launch ceremony, focused on providing intensive training to help students develop practical entrepreneurial skills.

Hosted by Gyeongbuk Province and organized by Gyeongbuk Technopark, the project aims to foster entrepreneurship, provide hands-on startup experience, and improve awareness of local companies through internships, targeting students from specialized high schools and young talent in the region.

The first workshop saw the enthusiastic participation of approximately 80 people, including 69 students from four specialized high schools in the province (Gyeongju Technical High School, Gyeongju Girls' Information High School, Gumi Girls' Commercial High School, Korea Future Industry High School) and 10 young people under the age of 29 from the Gyeongbuk region.

The workshop featured a variety of intensive capacity-building programs, including team building, digital marketing and brand development strategies, investment attraction strategies, and organizational management training and practice.

In particular, the sharing of real-world experiences by startup mentors such as Lee Jungwoo, CEO of Quester, Kim Hansoo, Director of Ilmanbaekman, and Oh Mintaek, CEO of Binest, left a deep impression on participants and received an enthusiastic response.

Park Jinyoung, a teacher at Gumi Girls' Commercial High School, said, "It was a valuable opportunity to hear real-world experiences beyond classroom theory, helping to bridge the gap between theory and practice."

Gyeongbuk Technopark plans to continue with a second G-Biz Workshop focused on hands-on training over two days and one night, as well as a performance review and business plan pitching session.

Ha Inseong, President of Gyeongbuk Technopark, said, "It is an opportunity to directly hear vivid field experiences and in-depth practical know-how from startup mentors," adding, "We will support the growth of creative talent who will lead the region's future."

Gyeongbuk Province and Gyeongbuk Technopark plan to continue providing multifaceted support through this program to secure practical connections between entrepreneurship education and internships, and to create real opportunities for startups and employment based on cooperation with local companies.
