HILLSTATE Hoeryong Station Park View, located in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, began accepting first-priority subscription applications on July 22. The complex is considered to have strong future value due to a variety of transportation development plans in the surrounding area.
HILLSTATE Hoeryong Station Park View will be built in Howon-dong, with a maximum of 33 floors above ground. Of the total 1,816 units ranging from 39 to 84 square meters of exclusive area, 674 units sized 59 and 84 square meters will be available for general sale.
The complex is situated in a prime location near Hoeryong Station, served by Subway Line 1 and the Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit. It takes just two stops to reach Seoul (Dobongsan Station), and major business districts such as City Hall Station and Gangnam-gu Office Station can be reached in around 40 minutes.
At Uijeongbu Station, which is one stop from Hoeryong Station, the GTX-C line is under development and is scheduled to open in 2028. Once completed, it will take only five stops and about 20 minutes to reach Samsung Station, significantly improving access to Gangnam.
The undergrounding project for the Dongbu Arterial Road is also underway. In October last year, construction began on the privately funded section (Wolreung IC to Samsung IC, scheduled for completion in 2029). When the publicly funded sections (Hagye-dong, Nowon-gu to Songjeong-dong, Seongdong-gu, and Cheongdam-dong to Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu) are completed by 2034, the travel time from Wolgye IC to Daechi IC is expected to be reduced from about 50 minutes to just over 10 minutes.
Additionally, the planned Hoeryong IC (tentative name), connecting from Howon Middle School to the west and scheduled to open in 2027, will pass right next to the complex. Other projects include the Seoul-Yangju Expressway (scheduled to open in 2030), which will directly connect the Uijeongbu section of the Seoul Metropolitan Area First Ring Expressway and the Yangju section of the Second Ring Expressway. These developments are expected to further improve the area's transportation environment in the future.
A sales representative stated, "Areas with new transportation routes always attract high interest in the real estate market," adding, "HILLSTATE Hoeryong Station Park View continues to receive steady inquiries as it offers not only a variety of transportation benefits, but also a location with easy access to Seoul, differentiated product features, and special sales conditions."
