The Gwangju Employers Federation announced on July 22 that it will hold a special lecture for the 1693rd Friday Breakfast Forum on July 25, inviting leadership expert Dr. Moon Seonghoo to speak on the theme "A Tough Leader Saves the Organization."
The lecture, which will take place in the Convention Hall on the third floor of the Holiday Inn Gwangju Hotel, will cover the following topics in order: organizational culture and leadership models, grades and performance, what constitutes a team, the five roles of a leader, stimulation, challenge, strategies for success in challenges, decision-making, and behaviors that hinder leadership.
Dr. Moon is currently the CEO of One Coaching and a foreign attorney at Won Law Firm in New York State, USA. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Yonsei University Graduate School and writes the "Moon Coach's Kick" column. He previously held executive positions at the Financial Supervisory Service, Doosan Group, POSCO, and Hyundai Motor Group, and has authored numerous books, including "What Does a Leader Do?", "ESG Essence," and "Who Lasts Long."
