Attracted 6.6 Billion KRW in Investments and Linked 5.9 Billion KRW in Guarantees and Loans
"Practical Support for the Scale-Up of Venture Companies"
The Venture Business Association announced on the 22nd that, through the Venture Finance Forum held in the first half of this year, it supported connections for a total of 12.5 billion KRW in funding, thereby helping to alleviate the funding difficulties faced by venture companies.
In the first half of the year, the association operated customized programs focused on providing company-specific financial solutions, including four IR presentations (with participation from 24 companies), 53 one-on-one investor meetings (38 companies), and 29 one-on-one expert consultations (27 companies).

According to a survey conducted among companies supported in the first half, five companies attracted a total of 6.57 billion KRW in investments, while 18 companies achieved a combined 5.94 billion KRW in guarantees and loan linkages. Since the forum's launch in July 2023, the cumulative results have reached 111.77 billion KRW in investments attracted (26 companies) and 9.91 billion KRW in guarantees and loan linkages (22 companies).
An association representative stated, "The Venture Finance Forum is delivering meaningful results by providing practical support for the scale-up of venture companies," and added, "We will continue to offer multifaceted support so that venture companies can achieve successful growth."
In the second half of the year, a total of four Venture Finance Forums are scheduled. Starting with the 17th forum on August 12, there will be monthly special lectures on topics beneficial to venture companies, as well as IR presentations and meetings with investors and experts.
