Obzen, an AI data platform company led by CEO Jeon Baemun, announced on July 21, 2025, that it has signed a contract with Hana Securities to supply a log data collection and analysis solution.
In this project, Obzen will provide a solution that collects and analyzes customer behavior data in real time from Hana Securities' non-face-to-face digital channels, and enables the analysis of customer journeys and site usage status based on the collected log data. The customer journey analysis solution supplied by Obzen, "obzen Analytics," will serve as a foundational tool to enhance the customer experience at Hana Securities, with the project scheduled for completion within the year.
Recently, in the securities sector, the increase in non-face-to-face account openings, the shift toward mobile trading systems (MTS), and the expansion of digital asset investment have coincided with the generalization of personalized CRM marketing based on accurate data. In this context, customer journey analysis to understand behavioral patterns occurring at various customer touchpoints is becoming a core competitive advantage for companies.
The Obzen solution being introduced to Hana Securities is designed to be more user-friendly from a marketer's perspective. For example, it automatically visualizes and organizes complex logs to show where customers are dropping off during specific steps of the non-face-to-face account opening process. In addition, it supports the effective extraction of marketing target customers required by Hana Securities, going beyond simple demographic data.
Furthermore, the solution provides various features that minimize the need for support from IT operations departments in data-driven analysis tasks, enabling faster and easier customer journey analysis. This allows companies to quickly respond to causes of customer churn and identify solutions through data-driven insights.
Hana Securities expects to build a personalized marketing environment by collecting and analyzing customer behavioral data in real time on its digital channels in a time-series manner. This will allow the company to acquire more customers at lower cost, retain them longer without churn, and achieve effective results through customized marketing.
