Three Divers in Cardiac Arrest off Jinhae Busan New Port... "Being Transported to Hospital"

A marine accident occurred off the coast of Jinhae, leaving three divers in cardiac arrest, according to reports.

At approximately 11:31 a.m. on July 20, a report was filed with the fire authorities stating that three divers were in cardiac arrest following a marine accident near Busan New Port in Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam.

The fire authorities are currently transporting the three divers, who were rescued from the water, to the hospital. It was reported that they were in cardiac arrest at the time of rescue. The accident is believed to have occurred while they were cleaning the underside of a 50,000-ton container ship after entering the water.

The Coast Guard has dispatched rescue boats to the scene and is investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
