[Disclosure] Samsung E&A Wins 900 Billion KRW Construction Contract for Samsung Electronics' Pyeongtaek Semiconductor Plant

On July 18, Samsung E&A announced that it had won a construction contract worth 900 billion KRW for Samsung Electronics' semiconductor plant in Pyeongtaek.

The project involves finishing work for Phase 4 (ph4) of the P4 (Line 4) semiconductor plant in Pyeongtaek and is scheduled to be completed by the end of July 2027.

The contract amount is 909.6 billion KRW, which accounts for 12.15% of Samsung E&A's consolidated sales as of the end of last year.

Payments will be claimed and made according to the progress of the construction.
