AI Company Specializing in Commerce: Developing Custom AI Agents for Various Applications
Integrated Agent Services Through 'CommerceOS'
The Only Korean Company Selected for the Palantir Startup Fellowship
"Our goal is to become the global number one in vertical (specialized) AI agents and AI operating systems (OS)."
Earlier this month at the Enhance headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul, CEO Lee Seunghyun expressed his ambition, stating, "We aim to grow into a company that targets the global market through AI agents specialized for specific industries."
Enhance is a company that develops AI agents specialized for the commerce industry. The company creates AI agents and services that can improve efficiency for distribution businesses such as e-commerce. CEO Lee Seunghyun previously researched AI technology at Samsung Electronics, and founded Enhance in 2021, recognizing that there is significant potential for automation through AI in the commerce sector. Although the company is only in its fourth year since establishment, it has grown rapidly, acquiring major corporations such as Samsung Electronics and Procter & Gamble as clients.
Enhance develops and provides a variety of agents specialized for the commerce sector. Representative examples include agents that formulate pricing strategies based on the prices and sales volumes of competing products, as well as agents that design promotion policies such as discount events to boost product sales. There are also agents that manage inventory, and agents that allow product images and information to be managed across multiple shopping malls at once. These commerce-specialized agents are all provided through an AI solution called 'CommerceOS.' This allows users to access a wide range of AI agents for product planning, inventory management, customer management, pricing, and advertising management all in one place.
The core of Enhance's AI technology is its AI agent platform, 'AIAP.' Through AIAP, data processing, AI tasks, and workflow automation for commerce companies are all handled simultaneously. A total of 64 models, including proprietary models developed in-house, are used for AI task processing. CEO Lee explained, "We achieve high performance by fine-tuning models (specializing AI models for specific purposes) to solve problems that are difficult to address with general-purpose AI models."

Enhance's specialized AI technology for commerce has also gained global recognition. The company was selected for the 'Palantir Startup Fellowship,' a startup incubation program by Palantir. Only 25 startups worldwide were chosen for this program, with Enhance being the sole representative from Korea. Through the fellowship, Enhance is further advancing its proprietary vertical AI agent technology by integrating it with Palantir's platform. At the end of last month, Enhance also participated in a tech and business showcase attended by Palantir executives and global investors.
CEO Lee said, "It is extremely encouraging that we now have the opportunity to collaborate with Palantir," adding, "The development work we did with Palantir during the six-week fellowship is now largely completed, and we are communicating and collaborating on how to move forward strategically." He further emphasized, "There are many startups aspiring to become the next Palantir, but Enhance is the only company that has actually been recognized and selected for Palantir's program."
CEO Lee's goal is to launch specialized AI agents in sectors beyond commerce. He said, "Since we have a proven track record of commercializing AI agents in the commerce sector, we are now receiving numerous requests to develop AI agents for specialized fields such as defense," and added, "From the perspective of sovereign AI, it is also important to help companies gain competitiveness by introducing agentic AI into existing industries."
