Since April, the district has been utilizing unused space on the first basement floor of the Changdong Culture and Sports Center to build an 84-square-meter Screen Park Golf Course. Currently, the installation of the system and the interior work for the hitting booths are in progress. The golf course is equipped with a total of three hitting booths, allowing visitors to enjoy park golf in a realistic environment similar to an actual field.

The facility will be open from Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The usage fee is 16,000 won for a two-hour session, and reservations can be made through the Dobong-gu Facilities Management Corporation website.

Oh Eonseok, Mayor of Dobong-gu, stated, “We have established the Screen Park Golf Course to meet the growing demand for park golf and to provide residents with opportunities for healthy leisure activities. I hope many people will fully enjoy playing golf here.”

Meanwhile, Dobong-gu also plans to create an additional outdoor park golf course in the second half of this year by utilizing unused rooftop space at the Changdong Culture and Sports Center. The new facility will have a total area of 344 square meters and feature nine holes.
