This presentation was held in a hybrid format over two days, both at the Flexible Classroom on the 11th floor of the College of Humanities at the Seunghak Campus and online via ZOOM. More than 100 faculty members participated, sharing various case studies and research results on the application of different teaching methods.
Eight teams, including Professor Kim Youngha (Department of Landscape Architecture), participated in the "DAU Premium Lecture Research Group," presenting experiments and improvement cases focused on classroom-based teaching methods. In the "Dong-A The +Smart Teaching Method" program, 15 faculty members, including Professor Kang Jeonghee (Department of Social Welfare), shared practical cases such as the use of AI and student-centered class management methods.
In particular, "teaching methods utilizing AI" and "effective communication with students" were frequently mentioned topics at the presentation, and the event also provided opportunities for mutual benchmarking among faculty members. Participating faculty responded positively, stating that they gained new inspiration for course design by experiencing a variety of teaching methods.
Kim Jongsik, Director of the Institute for Educational Innovation, stated, "As the demand for creative and innovative teaching methods increases in the current educational environment, the Center for Teaching and Learning Development will continue to expand programs that provide practical support to the field."
