Cheongna International Business District's First Residential Complex Peak One Prugio Now Open for Sale

The sales office for 'Cheongna Peak One Prugio,' located in Block B1 of Cheongna International City in Incheon, will open on July 18. This is the first residential complex to be supplied in the Cheongna International Business District. The development consists of four buildings, each with five basement levels and 49 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,056 units with exclusive areas of 84 and 119 square meters. Some units offer views of the sea or the city.


The Cheongna International Business District is a large-scale project being developed on a 144,000-square-meter site in Cheongna 3-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, with an investment of 1.7 trillion won. The area will include residential complexes, office buildings, and commercial facilities. The new Cheongna Peak One Prugio is located near the International Business District Station on Seoul Subway Line 7, which is scheduled to open in 2027. Additional infrastructure projects are also underway, including the Third Link Bridge, Airport Railroad Line 9, the undergrounding of the Gyeongin Expressway, and the Metropolitan Express Railway.

Sites for elementary and middle schools are planned near the complex. A physical education high school and a foreign school are also located within 1.5 kilometers. Large shopping centers, supermarkets, hospitals, and parks are also nearby. Various development projects are underway in the surrounding area, including Hana Dream Town, Incheon Robot Land, and a medical complex town.


This is the first residential officetel in Incheon to feature balconies. The addition of balconies increases the usable space. For the 84-square-meter units, balconies of approximately 20 square meters have been included. For the 119-square-meter units, balconies ranging from 24 to 37 square meters will be provided. Residents can use this space as a home cafe, study room, playroom, or according to their preferences.


The shared amenities for residents will include a fitness club, golf club, sauna, laundry room, meeting room, and private theater. A brunch service is also under consideration. Each unit will be provided with a private storage room. Applications for subscriptions will be accepted on July 22, and the announcement of successful applicants will take place on July 25. The official contract signing is scheduled for July 26. Move-in is planned for December 2029.
