Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation (LX) is accelerating its efforts toward management normalization by putting ethical management, emphasizing integrity and transparency, at the forefront.
On the 16th, the corporation held the '2025 Mandatory Ethics Management Face-to-Face Training' at its headquarters in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province, with the participation of over 400 executives and employees. During the event, the corporation reaffirmed its determination to make this year the "first year of management normalization."
At the event, President Eom Myungso explained the management normalization roadmap under the slogan "Let us overcome together with one heart and one mind," stating, "The corporation must be reborn as an organization resilient to crises."
President Eom further emphasized, "It is time for us to correct the corporation that our predecessors have passed down to us and hand it over in good health to our successors." He added, "This year must become the first year of management normalization, and only if everyone tightens their belts and does their utmost with integrity will we be able to overcome this crisis."

The corporation used the training as an opportunity to strengthen each employee's sense of ethics and commitment to ethical practice. Through case-based education and organizational culture assessment, the necessity of establishing a culture of integrity within the organization was also shared.
The corporation stated, "We will continue to actively work to strengthen ethical management by fostering a culture of mutual respect, enhancing internal controls, and improving areas vulnerable to corruption."
