According to the county on the 16th, the projects eligible for this recruitment are: modernization of facility horticulture, supply and consulting for smart farm facilities, support for energy-saving facilities, and agricultural energy efficiency improvement projects, totaling four projects.
The facility horticulture modernization project supports facility horticulture equipment and machinery, such as raising sidewalls and nutrient solution cultivation facilities. The smart farm facility supply and consulting project provides equipment such as integrated environmental controllers, based on consulting.
In addition, the energy-saving facility support project provides equipment such as multi-layer thermal curtains, while the agricultural energy efficiency improvement project supports the installation of eco-friendly energy facilities for greenhouse gas reduction, such as air-source heating and cooling systems.
Eligible applicants include farmers, agricultural corporations, and producer organizations that operate automated and fixed-type cultivation facilities for vegetables and flowers (including nurseries).
Shim Min, the county governor, stated, "We will do our best to support and promote this initiative so that facility horticulture farmers cultivating strawberries, tomatoes, and flowers can reduce management burdens, produce high-quality agricultural products, and enhance their competitiveness, thereby achieving sustainable development."
