The Cultural Harmony Center, located at 3 Yesuldaehak-ro 7-gil, Sangnok-gu, has a total floor area of 1,441 square meters and was created by remodeling an existing aging building. 'Daltteurak,' the youth free space, is situated on the basement and first floors of the center. The building also houses the Wolpi Urban Regeneration Center, the Ansan City Career Experience Support Center, and a multipurpose auditorium.

In particular, 'Daltteurak' is the second youth free space established in Ansan, following 'Bajirak' in Daebudo in May of last year. The facility is equipped with a variety of amenities, including a playroom (such as a dance practice room), karaoke room, pocket room, PC zone, photo zone, and snack bar.

'Daltteurak' is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends. It is closed every Monday and on national holidays.

Lee Mingeun, mayor of Ansan City, stated, "The Cultural Harmony Center is an open space where young people and local residents can come together," and added, "We will continue to expand youth activity spaces in each region."

Meanwhile, since Wolpi-dong was selected for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Urban Regeneration New Deal project in 2018, the city has been promoting various projects to revitalize the area, investing a total project budget of 22,369 million won in initiatives such as the Welfare Harmony Center, Startup Incubation Center, and improvements to street environments.
