KB Kookmin Bank has completely revamped its KB Star Banking currency exchange service to further enhance customer convenience.
This overhaul actively incorporates customer feedback. The main feature is the improved screen design (UX/UI, etc.), which allows users to intuitively view all essential information for currency exchange?including exchange rates, additional service benefits, and their foreign currency holdings?on a single page within the exchange application section.
To celebrate the update, KB Kookmin Bank is holding the "Enhance the Value of Currency Exchange! Double Airline Mileage! Event" for customers using the KB Star Banking currency exchange service until August 29.
During the event period, customers who exchange the equivalent of USD 500 or more through KB Star Banking and select the Korean Air mileage additional service benefit will receive extra mileage based on the amount exchanged. Detailed information is available on the KB Star Banking event page.
