Customized Aptitude Tests and One-on-One Counseling Offered
Competency-Building Training Including Resume Writing and Mock Interviews
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting participants for the "Youth Work Bridge" program, which provides customized career planning support for unemployed young people, until July 25.
This program offers participating youth one-on-one in-depth counseling, including career mindset assessments, job aptitude tests, and job search stress management.
Based on the assessment results, the program forms small groups of around five participants with similar job inclinations and provides practical job competency training, such as resume writing, mock interviews, personal branding, and networking skills improvement.
The program is open to 20 participants. Eligible applicants are unemployed youth aged 18 to 39 who reside in Yongin City as of the announcement date. Those interested can apply online through the "Jobaba Apply Integrated Application System." For further details, applicants can check the notices and announcements on the Yongin City website or contact the Youth Employment Team of the Youth Policy Division.
A city official stated, "We will continue to support young people so that they can effectively plan their careers and succeed in employment by understanding their aptitudes and capabilities."
