The Department of Nursing at Honam University announced on the 16th that it recently held a clinical practice education institution meeting and evaluation session for the first semester of the 2025 academic year with the Nursing Department of Gwangju Advanced General Hospital.
The meeting and evaluation session, held at the Nursing Department of Gwangju Advanced General Hospital, was attended by Department Chair Ha Yoonju, clinical practice course instructors for third- and fourth-year nursing students, and Oh Sunhwa, Director of Nursing at Gwangju Advanced General Hospital.
During the meeting, participants discussed the evaluation of clinical practice for the first semester of 2025 and the management of students for the second semester of 2025, strategies for efficient operation of clinical practice, and measures to enhance the quality of practical education to improve problem-solving abilities and clinical performance skills.
Oh Sunhwa, Director of Nursing at Gwangju Advanced General Hospital, stated, "Efficient operation of clinical practice through mutual cooperation between universities and clinical practice institutions is important for nurturing outstanding nursing professionals," and added, "Both the university and clinical practice education institutions will do their utmost to provide high-quality practical training."
