According to industry sources, Kostexis has signed a supply contract for thermal spacers worth a total of 59.4 billion KRW and has reportedly begun full-scale mass production.

This contract is valid from July 2025 to December 2027. The order is for supply to a U.S. semiconductor company, referred to as Company T. Company T is a global leader in high-performance power semiconductors for fields such as AI, data centers, and GPUs.

Recently, as power semiconductors have rapidly become more highly integrated and denser, the importance of advanced thermal management technologies for addressing heat dissipation issues has become increasingly prominent. In response to these industry changes, Kostexis has established a mass production system for key products such as thermal spacers and heat slugs, which can effectively control heat generated at the semiconductor module stage.
