According to the county on July 15, the shuttle bus service was introduced as part of the "Gochang County Terminal Urban Regeneration Innovation District Project." The existing Gochang Terminal has been temporarily relocated behind Hanaro Mart, and the shuttle aims to minimize inconvenience for visitors to the traditional market as a result of this move.

The shuttle bus operates on traditional market days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. at regular intervals, using a 25-seat minibus. All passengers can use the service free of charge.

The shuttle departs from the Gochang Temporary Terminal and follows a circular route, stopping at the following locations: the former Gochang Culture Terminal, Gochang County Office, the bus stop in front of Gochang Eupseong, the East Gate parking lot of Gochang Traditional Market, the South Gate parking lot of Gochang Traditional Market, and the CU Gochang Boritgoll Branch, before returning to the Gochang Temporary Terminal.

As part of efforts to protect residents' health during the summer heat, the county is also operating the "Honesty Refrigerator" program. Refrigerators have been installed at shuttle bus stops, including the Gochang Temporary Terminal, the East Gate parking lot of Gochang Traditional Market, and the South Gate parking lot. Each person can receive one bottle of water per day, and a total of 240 bottles are provided free of charge daily.

County Governor Shim Deokseop stated, "We have introduced the shuttle bus to improve transportation convenience for residents whose visits to the market have become more difficult due to the terminal relocation, and to encourage the use of the traditional market. I hope many residents will use the service conveniently."
