Seoul Shilla Hotel announced on July 15 that it has been selected as the No.1 hotel in Korea and as one of the 'World Top 200 Hotels' in the 'La Liste Top 1000 Hotels 2025,' organized by the French Tourism Board.

The La Liste Top 1000 Hotels is a global evaluation of hotel services, with annual rankings determined by scoring guidebook ratings, professional media and journals, and online reviews from around the world.
Seoul Shilla Hotel was selected as the top hotel in Korea for its personalized customer service and outstanding restaurants. According to the hotel, its relay-style customer service, which seamlessly connects every moment from check-in to check-out, as well as its sincere and attentive care, received high praise. Guest rooms tailored to individual customer requests were also highly rated.
Previously, in February, Seoul Shilla Hotel became the first and only hotel in Korea to be awarded a five-star rating for seven consecutive years by the globally renowned luxury travel rating magazine, Forbes Travel Guide.
Four fine dining restaurants at Seoul Shilla Hotel were also listed in La Liste 2025. In the La Liste 2025 announced in November last year, the Korean restaurant 'La Yeon' at Seoul Shilla Hotel received the highest score among Korean restaurants, earning 96 points, and was selected as one of the world's 'Top 200' restaurants. It has maintained its place in the La Liste Top 200 for six consecutive times since 2018. In addition, the French restaurant 'Continental' and the Japanese restaurant 'Ariake' were each listed in the 'Top 1000' restaurants for six consecutive times, while the Chinese restaurant 'Palsun' achieved this for three consecutive times.
La Liste is a gastronomy guide published directly by the French national agency, the Tourism Board, which has selected and announced the world's top 1,000 restaurants annually since 2015. The rankings are determined by compiling various sources, including online travel and gastronomy sites such as TripAdvisor and Yelp, reviews from globally recognized outlets such as The New York Times and the Michelin Guide, and surveys of restaurateurs worldwide.
