Public Home Shopping Holds 10th Anniversary Ceremony... "Pursuing AI-Driven Digital Transformation"

Outstanding Partner Company Representatives Also Attend

Public Home Shopping announced on the 15th that it held a "10th Anniversary of Launch Ceremony" at the Stanford Hotel in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

"Pursuing AI-Driven Digital Transformation" On the 14th, the "Public Home Shopping 10th Anniversary Ceremony" was held at the Stanford Hotel in Mapo-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by Lee Soonbae, Policy Officer for Global Growth at the Ministry of SMEs and Startups; Lee Taesik, CEO of Korea SMEs and Startups Distribution Agency; Kim Jooyang, Head of NongHyup Economic Holdings Sanji Wholesale Headquarters; Lee Seungryong, Vice President of Economic Business at the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives; and Kim Youngjoo and Lee Jongwon, Co-CEOs of Public Home Shopping.


Public Home Shopping is the only public institution in Korea under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups that sells 100% Korean SME and agricultural, livestock, and fisheries products. It launched on July 14, 2015. Over the past 10 years, it has worked with more than 4,600 partner companies to sell over 20,000 products, achieving a cumulative sales support amount of 7.3 trillion won.


Outstanding partner company representatives also attended the ceremony. Ten partner companies that have grown together with Public Home Shopping over the past 10 years were selected and presented with plaques of appreciation. The company also announced its future vision slogan, "Embracing Value, Connecting to the Future," which was selected through a staff contest.


Kim Youngjoo, Co-CEO of Public Home Shopping, stated, "Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our partners and the steadfast support of our consumers, Public Home Shopping has reached its 10th anniversary." He added, "In the next 10 years, we will pursue digital transformation using AI and continue to innovate distribution with a focus on mutual growth, so that we can become a trusted public institution for consumers."
