8,900 Won for Baemin Orders Until the End of This Month

GS Retail announced on July 15 that its convenience store chain GS25's instant chicken specialty brand, Chicken25, will launch its first combo-style chicken product featuring only the most popular parts, called "Chicken25 Wingwingbongbong Daridari," starting July 18.

This new product combines the most preferred parts of a whole chicken. It is a value combo product that allows customers to enjoy two chicken wings, two drumettes, and two drumsticks at once.

This collaboration was planned to reflect the trend of surging demand for chicken through delivery platforms. In the first half of this year, Chicken25's sales grew by 17.1% compared to the same period last year, continuing its steady annual growth. Sales from delivery and pickup services increased by 21.5%, showing even higher growth. In particular, 40% of customers using delivery and pickup services use the Baemin (Baedal Minjok) platform.

"Chicken25 Wingwingbongbong Daridari" will be sold at a discounted price of 8,900 won, with a 2,000 won coupon applied for delivery and pickup orders until the end of this month. On July 17-18 and 24-27, customers who purchase more than 20,000 won will receive an additional 3,000 won discount, and on July 19-23 and 28-31, an additional 5,000 won discount will be offered for purchases over 20,000 won. For offline store purchases, customers who pay with a Shinhan Card and scan the event QR code will receive a 25% discount.
