Ansan City to Launch '90A·B' Circular Bus Route Connecting Haeyangdong, Chojidong, and City Hall Starting on the 21st Starting from the 21st, the 90AB circular bus will operate in a loop through Haeyangdong, Chojidong, and City Hall in Ansan. Provided by Ansan City

This bus route was established in response to the needs of residents in large apartment complexes located in the southwestern area of Ansan, including Haeyangdong and Chojidong.

The buses will start from Gran City Xi 1st and 2nd complexes and Prugio 6th, 7th, and 9th complexes in Haeyangdong, then circulate through Chojistation, Danwon District Office, Ansan City Hall, and Ansan Culture Plaza. A total of four electric buses?two for each of the A and B routes?will operate 22 times per day, with intervals between buses ranging from approximately 40 to 60 minutes.

The city expects that the launch of this route will help disperse passengers from the 80A·B·C routes, which pass through Ansan Culture Plaza, and will also improve accessibility to southwestern metropolitan areas such as Siheung, Incheon, and Bucheon.

The city further explained that with the launch of this circular bus, it has completed a four-color circular bus brand system: ▲60AB (Eastern area·Orange) ▲70AB (Western area·Green) ▲80AB (Southern area·Blue) ▲90AB (Southwestern area·Red).

The city plans to analyze the demand for the new route and consider flexible options for increasing the number of buses and service frequency.

Ansan Mayor Lee Minguen stated, "We will continue to strive to realize citizen-centered transportation welfare and to establish an eco-friendly transportation system."
