Hands-on Experience of 'Digital Education' with AI and Robots
The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on the 14th that it is currently hosting 30 Moroccan teachers for informatization training as part of digital education globalization exchange cooperation.
This training program, which began on the 12th and will run for eight days, features hands-on, participatory classes aimed at strengthening the digital teaching capabilities of Moroccan teachers. The curriculum includes AI education using Arduino, Hamster robots, and Jeonnam Meta School.

Since 2021, the Office has annually invited Moroccan teachers to share ICT-based educational expertise, and has continued to expand international exchange through digital education cooperation, including donating 100 educational PCs.
During the training period, the Moroccan teachers will visit Muntai High School to observe digital-based classes, share practical digital education know-how applicable in real teaching and learning settings, and deepen their understanding of education in Jeonnam.
Youssef Kerfi, the head teacher of the Moroccan delegation, said, "I hope that through this training, we will be able to learn expertise in information and communication technology for education from Korea."
Kim Younggil, Director of Future Education, stated, "This training marks the starting point for sustainable educational cooperation," and added, "We will continue to build lasting relationships through education and realize Jeonnam education that grows together with the international community."
