ConLive is a digital platform that enables construction companies and ready-mixed concrete manufacturers to manage their concrete-related operations through a single platform. Its main features include quality management, shipment management, and general management, allowing users to comprehensively manage key ready-mixed concrete tasks in real time.
First, systematic and efficient quality management of ready-mixed concrete enables companies to secure a competitive edge in quality. Construction companies can immediately verify the suitability of concrete mix standards through real-time superprint data and check quality data such as measured values and error rates. By managing data digitally instead of using the traditional handwritten method, systematic and efficient quality management becomes possible.
The shipment management function provides real-time location tracking of mixer trucks and estimated arrival times. When any changes related to shipments occur, the message feature automatically shares updates with relevant parties, helping to prevent delays in concrete pouring as well as missed or incorrect deliveries in advance.
Through the general management feature, ready-mixed concrete manufacturers can systematically manage delivery performance, shipment information by supplier, and communication records based on messages. In particular, customized user interfaces are provided for construction company headquarters, field sites, and concrete manufacturers, ensuring both user convenience and accessibility.
Since the second half of 2024, Yujin Corporation has been operating ConLive on a pilot basis, integrating it with more than 100 ready-mixed concrete plants nationwide. The system has been refined by incorporating requirements from the Samsung C&T Pangyo 641 site, Lotte Construction Magok MICE site, and GS Engineering & Construction Cheolsan Jugong Reconstruction site.
Additionally, on July 4, Yujin Corporation obtained a patent for the "Ready-Mixed Concrete Information Sharing System and Method," a core technology applied to ConLive. This achievement officially recognizes the technical differentiation and uniqueness of ConLive, and it is expected to serve as a foundation for setting a new standard in digital-based ready-mixed concrete management.
It is also noteworthy that ConLive has been developed as an open platform available not only to specific companies but also to small and medium-sized ready-mixed concrete manufacturers and construction firms across the industry. Considering that 85% of ready-mixed concrete plants nationwide are small and medium-sized enterprises, the introduction of integrated digital platforms like ConLive is expected to accelerate digital transformation and promote mutual growth throughout the industry.
A representative from Yujin Corporation stated, "We expect ConLive to be the first step in transforming the way the entire construction industry operates and manages quality," adding, "We will continue to lead digital transformation for the growth of the entire industry and develop ConLive into a platform that fosters a collaborative ecosystem with small and medium-sized enterprises."
