The officetel 'The Parkside Suite' at 'The Parkside Seoul', an ultra-luxury mixed-use complex to be built on the Yongsan United Nations Command (UNC) site?considered the last prime land in central Seoul?will begin accepting applications on July 15.
Applications can be submitted via the Korea Real Estate Board's Cheongyak Home website and smartphone app from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Anyone can apply without a subscription savings account, but only one application per person is allowed. All applications will be invalidated in the case of duplicate submissions.
The application deposit is 3 million won for Groups 1 to 4, and 30 million won for Group 5 (183·185㎡). The results will be announced after 4:00 p.m. on July 18. Contracts will be signed on July 20 and 21 at 'The Parkside Seoul Gallery' located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The Parkside Suite is the only residential complex directly facing the approximately 3 million square meter Yongsan Park, which is being developed as the Korean version of Central Park. Like New York's Central Park and London's Hyde Park, residents will be able to enjoy views of a massive urban park right in the heart of the city.
It is adjacent to major development sites such as Noksapyeong Station and Itaewon Station on Line 6, Hannam New Town, Camp Kim, and Yongsan Maintenance Depot, making it a focal point for Seoul's future urban development. Its location premium is further strengthened by projects such as the development of the International Business District and the creation of Yongsan Park.
Global hotel brand Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will operate a hotel at The Parkside Seoul for the first time in Korea and will directly manage an exclusive community for The Parkside Suite residents. Hotel-level amenities and services such as private dining rooms, fitness centers, saunas, hydrotherapy pools, and golf clubs will be provided.
The commercial facilities within the complex will be fully planned and operated by Shinsegae Department Store, covering a dedicated area of 16,470 square meters. The plan is to create a premium retail hub that combines high-end F&B, lifestyle brands, and cultural content. This Shinsegae-branded commercial facility will be directly connected to the residents-only community via an underground passage.
'The Parkside Suite' will consist of 775 units ranging from 53 to 185 square meters. Every unit will feature a private balcony, and some layouts are designed to offer views of Yongsan Park. The flexible room configurations allow for various uses such as home offices, guest rooms, and studies, enabling residents to tailor their living spaces to their lifestyles.
Interior finishes will include Dada kitchens from Italy's Molteni&C Group, built-in appliances from Miele, DeDietrich, and Sirius, and bathroom fixtures from Japan's TOTO, Italy's GESSI, and the United States' KOHLER. Walls and floors will feature tiles from Italy's top three tile brands. Windows in all units will be from Germany's Schuco.
In addition, advanced smart systems such as AI robot valet parking, AI security, delivery, and cleaning robots will be implemented, ensuring privacy, convenience, and safety. These systems can be centrally managed through the residents-only 'The Parkside Seoul Town App.'
A representative from Eleven Construction stated, "The Parkside Suite is a premium residential space that stands out in every aspect, including location, brand, design, and services. This application period is an opportunity to secure a place in Seoul's new future mixed-use city. More than just a sale, it will mark the beginning of owning a future-oriented asset and lifestyle whose value endures over time."
