According to Samsung Securities on July 14, the "Retirement Pension ETF Accumulation" service enables users to select their desired stocks and set up regular automatic purchases. The service is available for Defined Contribution (DC) retirement pension accounts and Individual Retirement Pension (IRP) accounts, allowing investors to consistently purchase a specified amount and quantity of stocks on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
It is anticipated that retirement investors will be able to develop more effective investment strategies for managing their retirement assets by utilizing domestic Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
To help customers make informed investment decisions, Samsung Securities also provides customized ranking information for retirement pension clients within the "Retirement Pension ETF Accumulation" service. Users can view rankings of the most popular ETFs in retirement pension accounts and the ETFs that attract the most attention from Samsung Securities customers.
In addition to information on returns, purchase volumes, and age groups, various ranking data are available, such as the ETFs most widely held by the top 10% of retirement asset holders, and ETFs with high dividend payouts. Investors can use this information as a reference when constructing their own investment portfolios.
Meanwhile, to commemorate the launch of the service, Samsung Securities is running a "Retirement Pension ETF Accumulation Event" for new subscribers until the end of September.
For this event, all participants who achieve one accumulation after signing up for the "Retirement Pension ETF Accumulation" service will receive a coffee coupon, and those who achieve five accumulations will receive an ice cream coupon. Additionally, 100 customers whose total accumulation amount exceeds 5 million KRW during the event period will be selected by lottery to receive a chicken coupon.
The Samsung Securities "Retirement Pension ETF Accumulation" service can be accessed through the Samsung Securities mobile application mPOP or by visiting a Samsung Securities branch.
