Gyeonggi Province organized a Gyeonggi Pavilion at the "2025 Vietnam K Medical Device Expo (K Med Expo)" held in Hanoi, Vietnam, from the 10th to the 12th, supporting the participation of 19 small and medium-sized medical device companies from the province.
The K Medical Device Expo is a professional exhibition for medical and beauty devices, co-hosted by KINTEX and the Korea Medical Devices Industry Association. It serves as a strategic marketing platform targeting the ASEAN market.
Key buyers, including the head of the Vietnam Medical Device Authority, representatives from major local hospitals, and medical device importers, visited the venue and showed significant interest.

The Gyeonggi Pavilion showcased products from various fields, including medical devices for hospitals, personal beauty and health devices, and medical consumables. Participating companies conducted a total of 290 export consultations, achieved consultation results worth 42.6 million dollars, and signed contracts amounting to 7.8 million dollars.
Gyeonggi Province evaluated that this exhibition not only served as a stepping stone for entering the ASEAN market but also provided an opportunity to promote the technological capabilities and competitiveness of K-medical devices in the local market.
Park Kyungseo, Director of International Trade at Gyeonggi Province, stated, "This exhibition is highly significant as a bridgehead for entering the ASEAN market," and added, "We will continue to provide full support so that companies in the province can achieve tangible export results in the global market based on their technological prowess and quality."
