Hyundai Motor Company, Kia, and Genesis announced on July 13 that they will conduct a "Summer Special Free Inspection Service" at service centers nationwide from July 22 to July 24.
The three companies plan to inspect key components of customers' vehicles in advance to prevent various accidents during the summer vacation season, when long-distance driving becomes more common.
The free inspection items include: ▲coolant ▲oils ▲washer fluid ▲battery ▲brake and pad wear ▲air conditioning system ▲tire pressure ▲lighting system, and more. Customers who receive the inspection will also be provided with one bottle of washer fluid free of charge.
Owners of Hyundai or Genesis vehicles who wish to receive an inspection can visit any of the 1,212 Bluehands locations nationwide (excluding directly operated Hi-Tech Centers) and present a free inspection coupon. Kia customers can visit any of the 750 Auto Q locations nationwide (excluding directly operated service centers) and present their coupon for the free inspection.
Coupons can be obtained on a first-come, first-served basis from July 14 to July 16 through integrated customer service applications such as "myHyundai," "Kia," "MY GENESIS," and "HyundaiCertified."
A representative from Hyundai Motor Company, Kia, and Genesis stated, "We have prepared this free inspection service to help ensure our customers have a safe vacation during the summer holiday season," adding, "We will continue to protect our customers' safety with reliable vehicle inspection services in the future."
