SoftCamp and MarkAny Sign MOU to Jointly Target Security Market

SoftCamp, a company specializing in information security, announced on July 11 that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with security solution provider MarkAny to jointly respond to security demands in hybrid work environments. This agreement establishes a three-way collaboration model that includes SoftCamp's subsidiary RedPenSoft. The partnership will focus on joint proposals, sales, and marketing activities by linking existing solutions.

The signing ceremony was held on July 10 at SoftCamp's headquarters in the DX Tower in Gwacheon. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to build a cooperative system based on complementary security solutions and to respond quickly to the growing demand for information leakage prevention and data protection in the rapidly changing IT work environment.

This business agreement is a strategic collaboration to address market changes, as the importance of information security is increasing due to the accelerated adoption of AI and SaaS and the expansion of remote and web-based work environments. The three companies plan to cooperate in joint proposals and sales activities for complementary solutions targeting customers in various sectors, including finance, the public sector, and general enterprises. By securing joint references, they aim to strengthen their competitiveness in the cloud-based security market.

Bae Hwanguk, CEO of SoftCamp, stated, "Our collaboration with MarkAny is based on the shared goal of providing customers with a safer remote work environment by combining our complementary security solutions," adding, "We will jointly pursue security innovation for next-generation AX (AI Transformation), and enhance our ability to respond to the market so we can elevate our customers' security experience to a new level."

The CEO of MarkAny commented, "This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to delivering real security value to customers by combining each company's core technologies," adding, "We will continue to work closely with SoftCamp to create a secure work environment that customers can trust and to continuously realize customer-centric innovation in the rapidly evolving security landscape."

The two companies plan to use this agreement as a starting point to build a continuous partnership system. In the mid- to long-term, they intend to gradually expand their collaboration model to become leading players in the cloud security service market.
